Is Social Media your passion, are you striving for an excellent customer journey, do you like solving problems and do you have sublime language skills to professionally play with words? Then we are looking for you to join one of our engagement teams to service our clients who are dedicated to have satisfied and happy customers.

We are looking for social engagement specialists that have strong affinity with social media and linguistics and strong customer orientation to join one of our webcare teams. Work times at The Webcare Company are different for each team, thereby providing fitting work hours for starters as well as students (part time).

Your responsibilities:
As engagement specialist you will represent a strong brand such as KLM, Philips or Volvo. You will communicate directly with our client’s customers on social media channels, forums and review sites. Our communication is to-the-point and transparent. As part of a webcare team you will be responsible to manage and improve the online reputation of our clients. In this creative position you will play with words to engage with their customers, increase their brand loyalty but most of all, make sure their customer service journey is excellent. In this role:

• You will monitor all expressions about our client
• You will reactively, as well as proactively, respond to our customers to help them solve a broad range of questions regarding their products and services
• You will have contact with the product specialists of our client to make sure the information you provide to the customer is 100% accurate
• Pro-actively share knowledge with our client in order to improve their products and services 
• Improve the consumer experience on all the social media channels, forums and review sites our client is active on
• You will be striving for 100% customer satisfaction on all (social media) channels
• You are responsible to maintain and improve the online reputation of our client

Your profile:
• You have a Bachelor degree (or higher);
• You are empathic and you have the skills to translate this into writing;
• You really enjoy solving problems and helping customers;
• You think ‘out of the box’  to apply new ideas and/or respond to customers;
• You are able to find your way in a in a complex, dynamic organization;
• You easily adapt to changes within the company;
• Experience with social media and usage of multiple platforms like Twitter and Facebook, also in your personal life.
• If needed, available to work during the evenings, nights and weekends (24/7)
• Experience with of MS Office and CRM systems

Social Media specialist Philips - DACH

Philips is an international company demonstrating innovation by translating customer insights into meaningful technology and applications that improve the quality of people’s lives. This team will take the social service offered by our client to the next level.

This webcare team is active from 8:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and provides you with either a 16-24 hour or 24-32 hour contract.

Specific requirements:
• You have excellent German writing skills (native level), an excellent comprehension of English and/or Dutch is a plus;
• You have strong affinity with appliances and oral healthcare;
• You are 3 week full-time available for training from the 7th of August onwards.

Social Media specialist Philips Global

Philips is an international company demonstrating innovation by translating customer insights into meaningful technology and applications that improve the quality of people’s lives. This team has been taking the social service offered by our client to the next level since October 2014.

This team is active 24/7 providing excellent services to Philips customers living all around the world. These opening hours lead to different shift times which can give you a lot of flexibility and on top of that you will receive plus surcharge during night- and weekend hours.

Team Philips Global is a suitable team for starters as well as students as you start with a 20-28 hour contract, which can be increased later on after being trained on skills for Philips UKI or Philips Benelux.

Specific requirements:
• You have excellent English and Dutch writing skills (native level), an excellent comprehension of French is a plus;
• You have strong affinity with appliances;
• You are 3 week full-time available for training from the 7th of August onwards.

Engagement specialist: Perfect to combine with your study!

Your client is originally a Dutch company, rapidly growing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg and Austria. Surprising their customers with a broad and ever-changing assortment of products and excellent value in terms of quality and price.

This webcare team is active in the evening hours from 18:00 to 22:00 and in the
weekends from 9:00 to 22:00. Due to these opening hours you can combine it
perfectly with you study and on top of that you will receive plus surcharge
during these hours. You will receive a 12-24 hour contract.

Specific requirements:
• You have excellent Dutch writing skills (native level) and excellent writing skills in either French or German.
• Knowledge of Coosto is a plus

Social Media specialist Philips Hue

Since its launch in 2012, Philips Hue is changing the way people interact and experience lighting. Hue has become the world’s leading connected home lighting system that works with all major smarthome platforms (Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google, Nest, Smarthings). As part of the Philips Lighting team, you’ll be responsible for all incoming English and Dutch posts relating to the different Philips Hue products as well as all posts coming in on the Dutch Philips Lighting pages. Those messages, containing a mix of customer support questions and creative engagement, come in from all over the world and it will be your task to provide those customers with the best service possible.

This team is active 24/7 providing excellent services to
Philips customers living all around the world. These opening hours lead to
different shift times which can give you a lot of flexibility and on top of
that you will receive plus surcharge during night- and weekend hours.

Philips HUE provides you with a 24-32 hour contract and the
possibility to work more during peak periods.

Specific requirements:
• You have excellent English and Dutch writing skills (native level);
• You have affinity with technology and technically skilled;
• You are fulltime available for training the last two weeks of August;
• Experience with Sprinklr is a plus.
