Team Lead Engagement (32 hrs per week)

Is Social Media your passion, are you striving for an excellent customer journey and do you see it as a challenge to manage and coach a team of engagement specialists? Then we are looking for you to join our German / multilingual engagement team to service our clients who are dedicated to have satisfied and happy customers.

Your Responsibilities:
As Team Lead Engagement, you are responsible for handling all social media outings made by your engagement team. You will manage two teams and make sure they respond in a timely and correct manner, in order to prevent any complaints or escalations and improve customer satisfaction. You advise your clients about their social media policies and are able to combine service and commercial thinking. You have the talent to manage and motivate a team of social media professionals. You know how to prioritize between clients and pro actively inform them about their results. Our operation is currently active on weekdays and weekends and has the possibility to expand to 24/7/365 in the future.

In this role you:
• Manage and coach a team of employees, monitor results and quality, and report to management and multiple clients;
• Are first point of contact for our clients regarding operational and tactical decisions;
• Advise clients on guidelines regarding their social media strategy, procedures and processes;
• Create and improve guidelines on answering posts and comments on Social channels;
• Apply knowledge of company policies, procedures, rules of engagement and services to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve consumer problems in a professional manner;
• Escalate non-routine problems to the appropriate contacts within the organization(s);
• Prioritize between different teams and different tasks.

Your Profile:

Your Requirements:
ducated at least at HBO level or experience to an equivalent level;

We are looking for social engagement specialists that have strong affinity with social media and linguistics and strong customer orientation to join one of our webcare teams. Work times at The Webcare Company are different for each team, thereby providing fitting work hours for starters as well as students (part time).

Your responsibilities:
As engagement specialist you will represent a strong brand such as KLM, Philips or Volvo. You will communicate directly with our client’s customers on social media channels, forums and review sites. Our communication is to-the-point and transparent. As part of a webcare team you will be responsible to manage and improve the online reputation of our clients. In this creative position you will play with words to engage with their customers, increase their brand loyalty but most of all, make sure their customer service journey is excellent. In this role:

• You will monitor all expressions about our client;
• You will reactively, as well as proactively, respond to our customers to help them solve a broad range of questions regarding their products and services;
• You will have contact with the product specialists of our client to make sure the information you provide to the customer is 100% accurate;
• Pro-actively share knowledge with our client in order to improve their products and services;

Your profile:

Engagement specialist: Perfect to combine with your study!

Your client is originally a Dutch company, rapidly growing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg and Austria. Surprising their customers with a broad and ever-changing assortment of products and excellent value in terms of quality and price.

This webcare team is active in the evening hours from 18:00 to 22:00 and in the
weekends from 9:00 to 22:00. Due to these opening hours you can combine it
perfectly with you study and on top of that you will receive plus surcharge
during these hours. Moreover, there may be possibilities to work extra hours during holidays. You will receive a 8-16 or 12-24 hour contract.

Specific requirements:
• You have excellent Dutch writing skills (native level) and
excellent writing skills in either French and/or German.
• Knowledge of Coosto is a plus

Senior Engagement Specialist Philips – DACH

We are looking for a senior social engagement specialist who has strong affinity with social media, linguistics and strong customer orientation. 

The webcare team is active during office hours and will communicate directly with Philips’ customers on social media channels and review sites. Our communication is to-the-point and transparent. As a senior engagement specialist you will be responsible to manage and improve the online reputation of Philips.

In this position you will work together with your colleagues on engaging with Philips’ customers, increase their brand loyalty but most of all, make sure their
customer service journey is excellent. Next to that, you will monitor the
quality of the tweets/posts send out by the team.  

Operational tasks (16-24 hrs per week):
• You will reactively, as well as proactively, respond to customers to help them
solve a broad range of questions regarding their products and services.
• You will have contact with the product specialists of Philips to make sure the
information you provide to the customer is 100% accurate.
• Pro-actively share knowledge gained from customer interaction with Philips in order to improve their products and services.
• Improve the consumer experience on all the social media channels and review sites Philips is active

Quality monitoring (16 hrs per week):
• You will monitor tweets/posts and reactions to reviews sent out by team members.
• Coach the team members on tone-of-voice, rules of engagement, correct grammar and use of language, creativity and system usage.
• (Co-)organize team meetings to discuss cases and review processes
• Regular calibration sessions with Philips to ensure the required quality
• Knowledge of Philips’ policies, procedures, rules and regulations to solve customers’ problems
• Investigate complaints, helps customers with complex questions
• Shares customer’s feedback with colleagues and management
• Providing input for the monthly reporting (engagement examples, operational remarks)
• Train new colleagues
• Manage knowledge within the team

 Specific requirements:
• You have excellent English and Dutch writing skills (native
level), an excellent comprehension of French is a plus;
• You have strong affinity with appliances;
• You are 3 week full-time available for training end of August / beginning of
September.
